I offer private classes either from my private yoga studio, from your own home or place of work, the choice is yours.
Private classes are particularly suited for those who may find attending group classes unsuitable, whether you are housebound, or feel you are not strong enough for a group class, maybe you are super busy and can't make group classes or for some going to a group class is intimidating...
I have a particular passion for using yoga therapy as a way to help manage a number of conditions, including CFS/ME and other auto-immune diseases, low back pain, osteoporosis, anxiety/stress and parkinsons disease.
Maybe there is a particular aspect of yoga that you would like to try but is very new to you-whether it be meditation, a certain posture or breathing technique- private classes allows us to explore this in more depth.
